Born out of the residential department of Kirkby & Diamond – and
headed up by the practice’s founding partner, Duncan Kirkby – Better
Prepared Ltd initially offered specialist services providing surveys,
valuations and Home Condition Reports for home-owners and property
professionals. At the same time, it expanded the range of services,
initially to encompass Sustainability and Energy Advice for Residential
owners, developers and advisers, but this has grown into a larger
department dealing with both Commercial and Residential Property.
“Better
Prepared Ltd” might be a new name… but the team is anything but wet
behind the ears. On the contrary, Duncan and his team have spent years
earning their reputation for offering a consistently excellent service.
In line with their desire to provide excellent service, "Better Prepared Limited" is ISO 9001-2000 accredited.
