Architects, Surveyors and Building Services Consultancies in
achieving successful Part L Compliance - in particular SBEM
calculations and Energy Performance Certification (non-Domestic).
We offer an extensive
local and National service, providing a friendly, quick and
professional assessment that will help reduce the environmental
impact of your property portfolio environmentally as well as meeting
existing and newly introduced legislation.
In accordance with
forthcoming European Legislation (EPBD - European Performance of
Buildings Directive), we can offer the production of a comprehensive
commercial EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and DEC (Display
Energy Certificate) service in 2008 for commercial properties and
public buildings throughout the Northwest and all areas of England.
With a wealth of
