Formation was formed in 1997 by our Managing Director, Amanda
Pearce-Burton. We have a core team of 17 staff and use a
team of over 30 experienced consultants and trainers to deliver work for
clients in the public sector. Our clients include national government
departments, local government and voluntary sector organisations. We
believe that we should be judged not on our words alone, but on our
clients. With a large degree of repeat business, we have assisted our
clients on both large and small projects. We have provided work that
lasts for as little as a day, as well as winning projects that last for
several years.
