E & M was established in1985, originally as a two man business repairing CRT Televisions and VCR’s, since then the company has steadily grown to become Milton Keynes foremost repairer of LCD and Plasma TV products.

Over time the company has developed extensive relationships with leading manufactures, enabling it to gain “Authorised Service Centre” status with many. Presently we offer repair facilities, for the majority of leading brands including; Hitachi, JVC, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony and Toshiba,

For our customers there are several advantages to using an A.S.C to carry out repairs to their product, these include; manufacturer trained engineers, work carried out to standards set by the original manufacturer, the benefit of improved access to spares and service-information and also technical support.

In addition to chargeable repairs, in most cases we can also carry out in warranty repairs for the above brands, however with items covered by manufacturers warranty it is very important to telephone us to prior to visiting to confirm details. 

Our workshop and customer reception are located on the Granby industrial estate (which is adjacent to the newly built football stadium). There is ample free parking, and if you have a heavy item it is actually possible to park right outside our front-door
