Let Topaz take care of the cleaning. Whether you want someone to tidy up after a party or need your home cleaned regularly, we’re here to help.  And you can trust us with housekeeping such as washing and ironing or doing the shopping, too.

If you’re a landlord, we can also give your property a deep clean before you show your new tenants around. We know how important that is, especially if you’ve had the builders in to do messy work.
We take up references on all our staff to make sure they are trained and trustworthy, and we’re insured so you can be certain of a good job at a fair price.

You’ll get a report of all the work that has been done and we’ll check to make sure you’re satisfied.

Living Room

Vacuum the floors and carpets
Clean the hardwood flooring
Dust the upholstery, furniture, pictures, mirrors and items such as the TV
Vacuum all carpets and rugs
Clean surfaces including windowsills and skirting boards
Straighten things up so the place looks nice and tidy
 

Bedroom

Vacuum all floors and carpets
Change the linen and make the bed
Dust all tops and surfaces, and remove any cobwebs from corners and ceilings
Empty bins
Give the room a general tidy up to leave it neat and fresh
 

Kitchen

Scrub the kitchen sink
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor
Clean the cupboard doors
Clean the countertops and small appliances
Clean the outside of the fridge, dishwasher and stove
 

Bathroom

Clean the tiles on the walls, and shower doors
Clean the mirrors and vanity units
Clean the bathroom floor
Give the bath a thorough clean
Clean the basin
Scrub the toilet inside and out
 

Home Office

Give the room a general tidy up
 
Weekly
Minimum 4-week contract
Minimum 2 hours per cleaning visit
Payment in advance by Standing Order or Direct Debit
If the cleaning takes less than two hours a visit, the time can be made up with housekeeping activities such as ironing.  If it takes longer, extra time will be charged at the hourly rate.
 
Fortnightly
Minimum 8-week contract
Minimum 3 hours per cleaning visit
Payment in advance by Standing Order or Direct Debit
If the cleaning takes less than two hours a visit, the time can be made up with housekeeping activities such as ironing.  If it takes longer, extra time will be charged at the hourly rate.
 
Monthly
Minimum 3-month contract
Minimum 4 hours per cleaning Visit
