Excellent Electrics offers free call outs and free estimates for CRT
television, Hi-Fi, VCR and DVD. Other appliances such as Plasma and LCD
television may occur an estimate fee which is refundable against the
repair. One of our highly qualified engineers will assess the fault
and calculate the cost to you to have it repaired. He will then contact
you and you can decide if you would like to go ahead with the repair.
If you choose not to have the item repaired, it is returned to you in
the same condition with no charge to you.
If you go ahead with the repair, our labour charge is fixed at £30
(+VAT) for standard CRT television, Plasma and LCD labour charges may
vary. Our senior engineer has over 20 years experience with all types
of AV and Domestic electrical equipment and is also City and Guilds
