We specialise in delivering personalized home care packages for palliative care, Motor Neurone Disease and other long term illnesses. Our Services: Our nurses will work with you to provide a personal care plan to meet your needs. Where the care is in the home -we will visit to prepare the care plan. Our managers are contactable 24hrs a day by telephone. We will always seek to ensure care is personalised - through a small number of carers. All care staff employed by the agency are fully vetted in accordance with law. Staff undergo refresher training. SERVICES: NURSING The nursing services included: General Nursing Mental Health Nursing Learning Disability Nursing Practise Nursing, District Nursing and GPs' Treatment Room Services are provided to the following groups of service users: Older people Adults with Dementia Adults, young person and children with Mental health illness Adults, young person and children with Learning disabilities Adults, young person and children with Terminal illness Adults, young person and children with Illness (other than terminal illness) Adults, young person and children recovering from illness Adults, young person and children with physical disabilities SERVICES: Domiciliary care The care service fall into three categories: Assistance with personal care such as feeding, bathing and toileting Non-physical care, such as advice, encouragement and supervision, such as prompting a person to take a bath and supervising them during this. Emotional and psychological support, including the promotion of social functioning, behaviour management and assistance with cognitive functions. Services are provided to the following groups of service users: the elderly, adults, young persons, children. Older people People with Dementia Adults with terminal illness Adults who are ill (other than terminal illness) Adults who are recovering from illness.
