John Rubick was introduced to Reiki in Dubai  by the Reiki master Cyrus Mehta in 1996, while working as an English teacher at a technical college in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.  He became a Reiki master in 1999.

John also worked as an English teacher in Germany, Greece, Italy and Saudi Arabia before returning to the UK in 2000. 

He now lives in Havant, Hampshire with his wife and son and, besides Reiki, also teaches modern languages in local schools and companies.
