Adult lessons can be on an individual basis or part of a small likeminded group. Centre CateringOur centres are the ideal venue for celebrations, parties, meetings, conferences and much more. In some of our centres we have café’s and bars offering a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks. Most of our centres have a range of vending options to enjoy before, during or after your activity. Free SwimmingStarting on 1st April 2009 some of our Centres will be offering free swimming to those aged 16 and under and 60 and over as part of the Government’s scheme. These customers will be able to enjoy free swimming during our public sessions. All of our Centres participating in the Free Swimming scheme are clearly identified on their information page, so look out for this when you are searching for your nearest swimming pool.
Sports CoursesAs part of our commitment to developing sports development in your local area, many of our sports courses are part of a pathway to take children and adults from ‘grass roots’ through to performance. We work with local sports clubs to help teach skills to children and adults alike to help develop them in their chosen sport, whether it is for fun, health & fitness or a potential career as an athlete. Our Centres offer a range of activities for children and adults in many different sporting activities including:
Personal TrainingWhether you need a bit of motivation to come to the Centre or if you need to lose weight or train for a specific event, Personal Training could be right for you.One of our qualified fitness instructors will work with you on a 1-to-1 basis to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, either in the gym, in the pool or outside.
