Highland Cuisine is a multi-skilled catering and event service provider, based at Thainstone Centre, Inverurie.
The range of services provided by Highland Cuisine is vast - from a burger from one of our mobile catering vans to a sumptuous dinner in the Barn & Bushel or wedding services in a marquee.
Highland Cuisine also undertakes the management of the majority of special events within the Thainstone Centre such as dances, concerts, meetings etc.
We also operate the acclaimed sandwich shops "Harvesters", with two outlets in Aberdeen.
In addition, we supply specialist catering equipment through, "Caterhire".
