We were born in 1996. Conceived here in Cheltenham by three people with different skills and experience gained in major agencies and on major accounts but with a shared passion for making effective creativity a rewarding process.

A factor is defined as ‘a cause or element that contributes to a result’, so Factor 3 it was.

Our aim, then as now, was to harness creativity to improve the bottom line for clients who appreciate the value we can add to their marketing.
