 We have two main groups of clients:
1) small businesses – sole traders, partnerships and limited companies; and
2) private individuals.

For most small businesses, our main task is to prepare annual accounts and tax returns, calculate tax liabilities and agree those with HM Revenue & Customs, and ensure that accounts are lodged timeously at Companies House where appropriate. In addition, we cover all the other areas you would expect of your accountant, for example, payroll calculations and completion of annual PAYE returns, preparation of quarterly VAT returns, preparation of periodic management accounts, planning for the future, discussing tax efficient ways of drawing money from your company, etc. If it’s financial and your business needs it, we can help with it.

For most individuals, we prepare your annual tax return and take care of all your tax issues. Many of the clients who have joined us more recently own second properties; we are happy to advise on the expenses you can reasonably claim against rental income and to discuss the capital gains tax position if you are contemplating a sale. We can also help you to review your whole financial position and plan for the future.
