Chambers was established in 1910 and since that time, we have
developed a reputation as a professional but approachable set of
barristers, whose members undertake work in a wide variety of areas.
We pride ourselves on combining the best traditions of the Bar,
namely legal knowledge and oral advocacy, with an ability to meet the
needs of busy solicitors and their clients for practical advice and
prompt paperwork.
In July 2008 we moved from 9 King’s Bench Walk, to newly refurbished premises at 2 King’s Bench Walk.
Our ethos
In every case accepted by a member of Chambers, our aim is to achieve a practical, sustainable and cost-effective resolution.
Instructions
We are a flexible organisation with members that can act on short
notice if necessary. We accept and respond to instructions in written
or electronic form, or by telephone, as required. There are facilities
for conferences in Chambers or our barristers can travel to solicitors’
offices if preferred. Many of our members are also registered under the
Public Access Scheme.
