Independent Workwear Solutions is independently owned and operated
(yes there is still a few of us left) Workwear & PPE provider based
in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
We
were started by our directors who believed that service shouldn’t be
something extra that’s promised at point of sale, but what always
included.
The company has been operational since 2007 and aims to provide a wide choice and quality service for all customers.
We
at IWS know that workwear is always the bottom of everybody list, but
as you know it is important to provide your workforce with appropriate
and safe workwear to suit their working environment and your corporate
image.
At IWS we believe that you should be fully
informed about the types of services that are available to suit you and
your business, whether it’s a traditional rental of workwear or a
launder & maintain service.
Rental Workwear
It does what it says on the
tin, we provide the garments that best suit your business environment
with your all important input. You choose the issue of garments, the
colour and the style.
You
can have a managed service (no extra charge for that) with lockers or
we could just drop off the clean product at your stores. We promise to
respond without delay to any request for additions or deletions of
wearers from your contract. No garments will be added or deleted from
the agreement without written permission.
We also promise
to provide you with any new garments within a timely manner, usually
five to seven working days. Our driver will measure all new wearers on
request from the authorised contact when making his weekly visits.
You
choose the length of the agreement one, two or three years. IWS don’t
mind what length you choose as we are confident that our service levels
will exceed your expectations and you will continue to renew your
agreements with confidence.
We clean it, we repair it, and we return it. What could be simpler?

Launder & Maintain with a “Open Agreement”
• You can either provide us with the garments or IWS can source them for you.
• You choose whether you would like the garments repaired on a weekly basis or just when you authorise.
• Locker service available at no extra cost.
• Garments can be marked to indicate who the garments belong to or to indicate pool stock.

with a sense of urgency, whether it’s big or small. This leads you to
getting your purchase in a more timely fashion then you may be use to.

Laundry Expense Reduction Analysis
This service is free of charge to all new IWS customers. Before you
make any changes we will advise you how best to navigate your way
through the process of termination with your current provider.
The
process can sometimes be quite complicated and what we do is try to
make it as painless as possible for you and your budget. Our job is to
tell you what reports you need from your supplier and how to go about
getting them before a final invoice is raised.
We will do the analysis and raise any appropriate queries for your attention.
With
our previous experience of being involved in the running of a large
independent laundry we understand what we should be looking for on the
relevant reports, and that leaves you to get on with your business.
We
also offer ongoing analysis for businesses that are not in a position
to make a switch, but choose to use us as a consultation service.
