To be installed EXCELSIOR requires only 30cm x 30cm head-room space. EXCELSIOR opens vertically so you can park your car close to the door and still opens without the need to reverse. Ideal for short driveways.

EXCELSIOR is virtually maintenance free however, to maintain the CE certification an annual low cost service is required.
