Joan Milton was a practicing upholsterer for 15 years specialising in traditional upholstery. She now reserves her skills for the classroom where she offers two day courses at the Ellesmere premises. Joan is a Past President and Fellow of the Association of Master Upholsterers & Soft Furnishers and is still an active Director of the Association.  She is a Fellow of the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers and the Worshipful Company of Upholders.
