Select Auto Systems vehicle security installers

Established in 1996 as a small company supplying customers in Surrey , Sussex and London a small range of vehicle security products. Since then we have grown to be one of the UK's largest suppliers of vehicle tracking systems to the prestige car market. Our product range has also grown so now we supply and install anything from an immobiliser on a van to high end AV system on Mercedes or even a security system on a £1,000,000 Ferrari.

Our own engineers cover London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset. We have hand picked a selected few car security installers to cover the rest of the UK. All are vehicle security installers are VSIB/Thatcham accredited.

All of our engineers have had between 12 years and 25 years experience in the industry and all work to very high standards. We believe our success is down to us continually maintaining high standards as well as keeping our prices competitive .

The VSIB is the national regulatory and accreditation body for vehicle security installers other electronic systems in the after market

The Home Office, Motor Insurers & 'Thatcham', Security Manufacturers, Vehicle Manufacturers, Vehicle Retailers, Motor Organisations and many others. The VSIB works to ensure that the consumer is provided with a reliable service that meets quality standards.

THE ROLE OF THE VSIB

  • Non profit making organisation set up in 1994 by insurers, Police, security manufacturers and others with the support of the Home Office to raise standards of installation

  • National accreditation and regulatory body for installers and their installations

  • Administers a Code of Practice which sets out standards for the installation of security and other systems in vehicles

  • Regularly inspects installers to ensure that they meet the requirements of the Code of Practice

  • Operates a formal complaints procedure
